Medical Insurance

Medical insurance is easily accessible to eligible staff through a major carrier with an expansive network nationwide. Employees can elect coverage from one of two plans in order to best meet their individual needs. Choose from either a traditional co-pay plan or high- deductible plan. Each plan offers 100% Preventative healthcare coverage. In addition, ProcessPro makes a generous contribution towards monthly premiums for each plan as well as funding a health savings account (HSA) which complements the high-deductible health plan.

Dental Insurance

Dental insurance is easily accessible to eligible staff through a major carrier with an expansive network nationwide. Preventive and diagnostic care is covered at 100%. The Open Access Plan provides enhanced coverage for children 12 years old and under which includes 100% coverage without a deductible, annual maximum or frequency limitations. 

Income Security Insurance Plans

Basic life insurance with accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, and long-term disability are provided to eligible staff at no cost. In addition, employees can elect supplemental term life insurance at a group rate

Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account

Set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified out-of-pocket dependent care expenses. 

Paid Time Off & Holidays

Eligible employees accrue “PTO” each pay period with accrual rates increasing with years of service. In addition, eligible employees enjoy nine paid holidays throughout the year. 

Retirement Savings Plan

Eligible employees can contribute to a 401(k) and/or Roth account through ProcessPro’s employer plan. A discretionary employer match is also offered on a vested schedule. 

Professional Development Assistance

ProcessPro would like to assist you in your professional development. Through this program, you may receive reimbursement towards your individual professional development for job related expenses.

Events Planning Committee

This cross functional team meets throughout the year to cultivate ideas that positively impact ProcessPro’ s corporate culture.
