Charles Rice has over 15 years of experience in software development and the IT industry. Currently Charles is the VP of Product Development at ProcessPro. His expertise influences the direction of the product and the technology included in each new release of the industry-leading ERP software.  Charles was a leader in implementing the SCRUM development process, and oversees product quality control.  The quality control method pioneered by Charles is business case driven and based on risk analysis.  He continually strives for ways to improve processes and teamwork for the entire software development life cycle.
