Automated Warehouse Solution

Automate inventory transactions, utilizing bar code technology, with Premier's warehouse management solution, AWS. Increase efficiency and improve data accuracy for transactions such as purchase order receipts, inventory transfers and physical inventory, batch ticket material issues and returns, finished good receipts, pallet tracking, and sales order shipments. AWS operates on a radio frequency (RF) backbone, providing real-time inventory transactions.

Business Intelligence Suite

Using an intuitive interface, the ProcessPro^® Business Intelligence Suite provides users the ability to retrieve, analyze, and share critical business information. Our interactive dashboard provides direct drill-down to transactions, export of data to Excel, and posting of reports to SharePoint and other methods to provide timely information to your entire organization. Making your data more accessible and useful, the Business Intelligence Suite truly empowers decision makers to make better-informed, timelier and smarter business decisions.

R & D

The biggest advantage of the R&D application is its ability to allow for product development within the system without interfering with current production. R&D will provide Pilot Batch Tracking and will also generate quotes.

Project Accounting

This module allows you to budget and track costs to a specific project or capital expenditure. Cost and revenue is captures from other modules at a transaction level. Reports on project status and profitability can be generated for an unlimited number of projects.

Dock Scheduling

This module allows you to schedule inbound and outbound shipments across different locations, with the ability to create individual daily templates for available slots. Track carrier, booking numbers, seals and other shipping and receiving information.

Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)

MSDS automatically creates the Material Safety Data Sheets for hazardous chemicals. The sheet is printed with the Bill of Lading and Certificate of Analysis when merchandise is shipped.

FDA Validation

ProcessPro^® Premier gives you a head start in your SOP validation process. This module includes test scripts for Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Performance Qualification (PQ).

FDA Compliance

ProcessPro^® Premier provides security audit trails and electronic signature options to help organizations become compliant with 21 CFR Part 11 Electronic Records and Electronic Signatures Final Rule.

Physical Inventory

Physical Inventory adds functionality to our base physical inventory system to allow you to perform inventory counts and to recreate inventory transactions that are done during your physical inventory process. Physical Inventory is included in the Automated Warehouse System.

Multicurrency

The Multicurrency application provides a comprehensive means for maintaining various global currencies and exchange rates in a company's accounting system. Transactions throughout the system are translated from currencies and exchange rates the user defines. Multicurrency tracks foreign currency trading partners and handles all the transactions and reporting.

Web Interface

A SQL based integration engine allows you to link your web store front seamlessly into Premier order entry. Preserve the investment in your chosen store front while leveraging the power of real-time integration into ProcessPro® ERP.

UPS Link

Allows send shipping information to the UPS shipping system and retrieve freight costs and tracking numbers. With a click of a button, customer service can go to UPS's website and track customer shipments.
