Joe Blauert, CEO

Joe has over 25 years of experience in enterprise software with Honeywell, ADP and HighJump Software. Joe has held senior executive roles in sales, operations, and finance; has completed Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing training at 3M; and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.  His primary focus at ProcessPro is to ensure that we continue to grow and evolve the company's ability to meet the ever increasing demand for our products and services

Molly Caron, Executive VP of Operations

Molly has served in both a management and leadership capacity at ProcessPro since 1991. Molly holds a B.S. Psychology degree from the College of Saint Benedict with emphasis in Industrial Psychology and Management. Her passion is ensuring that our customers receive significant value from ProcessPro implementation and support services, and remain happy and active customers for many years to come.
