Senior Quality Control Analyst

ProcessPro is currently seeking a Senior Quality Control Analyst to join our Global Development team in Saint Cloud, MN. This role is responsible for reviewing completed programs to determine if the product specifications have been met and the program is working accurately. As a member of the development team you will work closely with the Software Developers to assure a quality product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and document effective Test Design Specifications (TDS) for unit system, and multi-user testing
  • Test baseline ProcessPro Global and add-on modules
  • Document software defects, using a bug tracking system (TFS) and report defects to Software Developers
  • Attend and participate in all appropriate in-house training sessions
  • Follow standardized test procedures as identified by the Development Manager
  • Regression testing of all related modules prior to a product release
  • Maintain baseline Work in Progress (WIP) issues and prepare products for release
  • Work with Product Manager and Business Analysts to support the implementation of ProcessPro
  • Mentor and guide a small team of QA staff including, coaching, sharing best practices and reviewing Test Design Specifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s Degree in related program or two years of related work experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing
  • Team orientated with an ability to maintain professional relationships within the department as well as cross functionally
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask over an extended period of time
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated aptitude to learn new technologies
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workload

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Four year degree in related program or four years of related work experience
  • Experience leading and mentoring

Business Analyst

ProcessPro is currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the expansion or modification of base software applications to deliver creative product enhancements to complex manufacturing and accounting processes. In this client focused role you will work with the project’s key stakeholders to understand and document their unique business needs in order to ensure that the product enhancement will address the business need. You will work closely with other Professional Services team members as well as our custom development team to deliver a solution to our clients. Additionally, this role requires a sound ability to support multiple active projects and deliver client value both on-site and remotely within a defined timeframe and budget.

Client Based

  • Documents detailed business requirements for custom code change recommendation as well as custom reporting
  • Documents detailed user requirements for enhancements to the core product
  • May document detailed business discovery sessions with clients that are used to identify current processes, identify areas for improvements and to develop a baseline for a recommended software configuration
  • Understand, describe and teach the baseline software configurations
  • May conduct selected (set-up and transactional) standard product training, either remotely or on-site, as determined by the client needs
  • Assists with helping clients cleanse and prepare data for conversion
  • Earns the respect of our clients through the demonstration of adaptability, tact, resourcefulness and proactive communications

Team Based

  • Collaborates with other Professional Services team members, Client Managers and Developers as needed to meet client expectations
  • Assist Quality Control with software testing as needed
  • Assist Support Services with providing client (helpdesk) support as needed

Other

  • Delivers software training classes on an as-needed basis
  • Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  1. Four year degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Math, Numerical Computation, Computer Science or a business related field or the equivalent work related experience
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  3. Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships with internal and external teams
  4. Aptitude to learn new technologies and sit at a computer for long periods of time typing
  5. Ability to learn the ProcessPro methodology to build curriculum and execute training sessions for individuals and groups, as well as the measurement of training effects
  6. Must be able to travel nationwide up to 25-30%

Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist

We are currently seeking a Digital Marketing and SEO Specialist to join our Marketing team in the St. Cloud, MN or Shakopee, MN office. This position will be responsible for managing SEO activities, content and keyword development, link building and digital marketing initiatives to increase ranking on all major search networks and drive traffic to the company’s websites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Work with marketing team to drive SEO in content creation and strategy
  • Assist with monitoring and developing content for company’s social media outlets
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization
  • Enhance website copy and landing pages to improve search engine optimization
  • Research and analyze competitor advertising links
  • Research and implement SEO best practices, trends and strategies
  • Track, report, and analyze website analytics and PPC initiatives and campaigns

Requirements:

  • 2 years of related marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree: Marketing, Communications, Journalism or Information Technology preferred
